Our Story
The Butter Bay Team is dedicated to one thing: delivering exceptionally delicious pastries. Handcrafted using only the freshest Canadian butter, seasonal produce, and unpreserved ingredients.
Our team consists of a small group of passionate pastry chefs and baristas, many of whom were trained locally at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario, and other Ontario Colleges and Universities.
